My approach ensures each client gets real time video instruction and live check ins to help cultivate accountability, learn instruction safely, and keep the personal in personal training.

A unique aspect of my training + coaching is the ability to schedule 40 min - 1 hour multidisciplinary live sessions.

You can think of these as “tutoring sessions for the body” - an opportunity to have your form checked live in the convenience of your gym of choice, or unique equipment setup at home. You come prepared with any questions and we rock through them together in real time.

We can also talk through a variety of holistic topics including challenges to motivation, integrating sustainable consistency into a chaotic work / life / travel / social balance, tips on how to stay fit juggling kids, nutrition guidance, and how fitness impacts other health variables like stress, hormonal health, working around recovery from injuries, illnesses, and more.

  • Flux Index: App Based Long Term Fitness Coaching + 40 min Instructional Zoom Sessions

    This service is best for beginners or those seeking a major long term fitness transformation/goal: (weight loss/gain, running a half marathon, etc).

    Each week I will write you 3-5x 100% personalized workout programs tailored to your individual goals, physiology, and equipment for you in the Gain fitness app, (iOs only) including 1,600 videos demonstrating form for each exercise.

    We will start off with a 1 hour Zoom startup consultation to get to know each other and chat through all of the holistic variables to set you up for success: integrating training into a work / life balance, equipment setup, what drives you, and holistic factors such as sleep, stress + hormonal health. I will work with you each week to establish a no-restriction nutrition approach on suggested calories, protein, supplements, and more.

    We will have 2x 40 min instructional zoom sessions / month and weekly feedback check ins via email to help you learn proper form safely, and ask questions in real time to ensure you progress and nurture self-accountability. You can choose to do these at your gym with your phone, ipad, and headphones, or at home.

    Your week of custom workout programs is written one week at a time to adapt to shifting work/life updates, travel, and any unforeseen health issues.

    Programs can be designed without equipment, minimal equipment, or to progressively add equipment over time either at home or at your gym. I specialize in home training, you can see examples of some of my programming on my Instagram. I also coach clients that prefer traditional gym settings.

    Unlimited email correspondence is also included, you can email me anytime with videos of your form, and questions regarding holistic health, fitness, and nutrition topics.

  • Flux Clinic: 1HR Zoom Personal Training Session or Fitness Consultation

    This is a 1 on 1, 1 hour virtual holistic fitness consultation via zoom, along with the option for 1 hour instructional follow up sessions.

    This service is best suited for those who want a professional to create a single serving structured guide book of training personalized to their individual lifestyle including work / life balance, location, and available equipment.

    Prior to our 1 hour zoom consultation, I will send you a short questionnaire to complete based on your overall fitness goals. You will then receive a text based entire ‘weekly split’ of customized workout programs delivered via google doc. I will walk you through the entire structure of the week, explaining the rhyme + reason of how your program has been created to maximize your available time per workout.

    Nutrition guidance is included: suggested calories, macros, and supplements. Advisement on all holistic factors that impact training is included as well: understanding the relationship between stress, sleep, our hormonal balance, and more.

    1 hour zoom follow up sessions can be booked for real time instruction on proper form for any exercises in the weekly split. Most goals require more than one session to address comprehensively.

    $285 / 1 HR fitness consultation + customized google doc of an entire week of workout programs, and holistic wellness + nutrition guidance.

    $135 / single 1 HR live follow up instructional personal training sessions, $120 / session if booked in a 3 pack.
