I am a Personal Trainer, Fitness Coach, and founder of Flux Vitality - a practice promoting a hybrid approach to wellness that seeks synergy between fitness and holistic health. I obtained my certification from the National Council on Strength and Fitness in Feb 2019, and have since developed a methodology of engaging with the body across a hybrid focus of mobility work, primal flow movements, functional strength training, and traditional bodybuilding. I specialize in home training with minimal or no equipment as well as more traditional coaching applicable to the gym environment. I have helped a diversity of folks establish sustainable and enjoyable fitness practices respective to the unique needs of LGBT clients, those transitioning genders, and people in recovery around substance abuse and disordered eating.

I am based in NYC and have lived in San Francisco. I grew up in central Los Angeles, where I adopted ideas on mindfulness from my grandmother’s Buddhist practice. In my prior career of 15 years, I managed a diversity of creative projects as a Senior Producer / Project Manager in fashion + tech where I honed time management skills leading teams of creatives in the fast paced corporate environment. Along the way I ran the NYC Marathon in 2015, and decided to go back to school in Jan 2020 to work towards my Physical Therapy Doctorate. When the pandemic hit, I offered donation based mobility and core focused classes on Instagram Live three days a week until Fall 2022. An archive of these 100+ classes live on Vimeo for rent. These experiences have set me on a course to nurture Flux as my main purpose and career.
